hastatus output error

It ‘s hastatus -sum gives an error.

v-16-1-11045 unable to create temporary file

OS : windows 2012 r2 std
INFOSCALE : 7.3

Why does this happen?

    did you run the command velow

    haclus -display | more

    can you run the same command on the other node to see if it works?

    can you also run hastatus without "-sum" to see what happens.
