Unknown Part in Quotation F51BUZZ0-EI1RE

Hi, can someone help explain this please.

we have this item in the quotation:

Part # F51BUZZ0-EI1RE

"Symantec Veritas Storage Foundation Enterprise 6.0 Unx 10 Spvu Initial Essential 12 Months Support" but it is not reflected in the entitlement certificate.

is it something empded in other product?

is it given for free?

    Do you see Infoscale in your Entitlement Certificates?

    You can see the Storage Foundation -> Infoscale mappings over here: https://sort.veritas.com/infoscale/intro

    Veritas Storage Foundation Enterprise has never been for free, and that part number does not look like a Veritas SKU. 

    Best to clear up any confusion with your reseller and/or Veritas Customer Care.
