vxcbr backup failed

ENVIRONMENT

Windows OS = 2012 R2

Infoscale = 7.4

QUERY

Infoscale for windows is implemented and working fine. Furthermore, alerts are also configured which are receiving fine. Furthermore, Infoscale for windows is implemented and working fine. We configured Infoscale for windows as replication between two nodes which is working fine too. However we receive below error. (I can see the vxcbr is under programfile\veritas\veritas volume manager)

Alert Properties follow:

Rule Name          = EMAIL-NOTIFICATION [ FILESERVER ]

Message            = vxcbr backup failed for following disk groups fileserverdg  .

Severity           = rc

Description        = vxcbr backup failed.

Recommended Action = Please check the disk group for availability or ensure vxcbr.exe is in path.

Source Computer    = FILESERVER

Classification     = vxcbr backup and restore.

AlertName          = vxcbr backup failed.

    How many times the error message is received?

     

    have you performed the recommended action below:

    Recommended Action = Please check the disk group for availability or ensure vxcbr.exe is in path.

    in addition to check the presence of vxcbr.exe file, please also check the file size and validate the file.  If the server was heavily loaded during the period that the backup job is scgeduled to run, the backup job may also fail.

      DiskGroup and the vxcrb file was there. Even replication is/was working fine. Do you know, what is the backup file location and extension ?
