can some one guide me how i login the URL "https://www.symappmon.com" i have no user name and pasword?
can i creat a account and i use my default symantec portal account credentials?

When you purchase an appliance it will be registered with Symantec and its data with then be set to be accepted by the site
Interaction with appliances should be located via mysymantec using the login you have on here
On the home page of mysymantec you should be able to register your appliances after which you can access their information
Go to https://my.symantec.com - login and then at the bottom left you will see the appliances section where you can register your appliance
