How to imporve netbackup performance. it s getting too slow when Initiate full backup. i found change journals is enabled but not using change journals also and accelerator is enabled but not showing accelerator percentage. please advice how to fix this issue with high performance

We need a little more information please...
What version of the appliance / netbackup are you running?
Is the client the same version?
As it is a cluster has it failed over between backups? - You may need to locate the accelerator track log on a shared drive to allow for failovers:

One other thing .. the track log is storage server dependant too - so if you back up to a storage unit group it will not properly
