Does anyone know about NetBackup Appliance 5230 external raid card model?
Because, The command "Hardware showHealth StorageShelf" shows that "No detect StorageShelf" on NetBackup Appliance 5230 ver 2.6.1.2.
We tryed to replace sas cables but still not working. So we might think that there is problem on external raid card.
If you know about This model, Please advise for that or tell me this model details.
