How to check the Backup Throughput and Performace.

Master Server :

OS - LINUX_RH_X86
NBU Version - 7.6.0.4

Media Server 
OS - Linux 2.6.32.59-0.7-default-fsl
NBU Appliance 5230
NBU Appliance Version is 2.6.0.4.

 

Current speed : 150 GB/Hour

Backup and Recovery

NetBackup Appliance
Performance

    If you feel that you need to improve performance, look for the Performance Tuning manuals - there is one for NetBackup and one for Appliances.

    You must clearly know how to check the backup performance as you listed it in your post "150GB/Hour". So what do you actually want to determine?
