if the system cannot connect to internet, how to update the nbu5240 system from 3.1.2 to 4.0 or later.
netbackup appliance cannot support backup vsphere7.0.

neilrule You can download upgrade RPM from Support Portal and perform the upgrades. This should not be a challenge unless you dont have your own entitlement.
thanks, I can find the machine Serial No. but can't find the entitlement.
maybe I have to got the entitlement from other colleagues.
