iscsi on a 5250?

Running 9.1.0.1, on 5250 Veritas appliance.  Attempting to add iscsi disk target.

Configuring the appliance for iSCSI | Configuring iSCSI | Veritas™ Appliance iSCSI Guide | Veritas™

I'm able to Configure the IQN.

My issue is with step 2 -  Configure the iSCSI Interface

I attempt to "Inteface IPAddress Set 192.168.200.10 iscsi1" and receive the following:

nb5250hq.ISCSI> Interface IPAddress Set 192.168.200.10 iscsi10

[Info] The specified iSCSI interface name "iscsi10" is not present.
Run 'Settings>iSCSI>Interface Show' to view the available iSCSI interface names.

- [Error] No interfaces were found. Contact Veritas technical support for assistance.

Is iSCSI available on the 5250 Appliance?  If so, is there a step missing?

    Hi nholtz

    I think you will find that the 5250 does not support a iSCSI interface. The iSCSI guide only mentions the 5240 (specific configuration) and the 5340 appliance models - see the first section in chapter 1.

    I thought the CLISH was meant to suppress the options for iSCSI for your model. Anyway - to confirm, best open a support case. It may be that you require specific network interfaces to support iSCSI (as was the case for the 5240), or you may be not be able to do this at all.
