Model B to D upgrade 5240, boot order mixed up?

5240  - 3.1.1 (additional 1x Dual 10GB NIC + 3x Dual 8Gb FC HBAs) mod. B->D doesn't boot.

Looks like the boot order is mixed up. (looks like what the 5220 used to...  blinking cursor...)

Can't find any description/doc to help me I have an open support case.   Anyone?
