NBU 5250 appliance shows "Hardware issue detected"

Veritas NetBackup Appliance Web Console show hardware issue detected, but is unable to provide further details.

Monitor > Hardware ShowHealth Appliance Product produces:

Compute Node nb5250master.eldocomp.com

Time Monitoring Ran: Mon Dec 19 2022 10:30:01 MST

Unable to retrieve hardware health information. See administrator's guide for troubleshooting details.

Any clue's which logfile to look at?  Support > Browse then ???

As far as I can tell, not impacting appliance performance/operations.

    As a first step, try restarting the infra services (Support -> InfraServices -> stop all; followed by start all), then checking the hardware again. 

    If that fails, it is probably best to log a support call to have someone dig into the problem.
