Netabckup Appliance 5200 not responding during upgrade

Hi all,

 

I had a problem during upgrade, its been 18 Hours and it still stop on the same state of upgrade Veritas Optimzed Operating System 1 after do starting up vxconfigbackupd. Below was the pic of the proses upgrade. Thanks All for your help
