I ma planning to move my clients from NBU perpetual to subscription model and i would like to understand the implication if
1. My FETB goes above the subscribed License capacity
2. When the subscription Expires and the client hasn't renewed in good time what happens on the ability to continue doing backups and restore ?
I treat the subscription as a demo license with 1 or 3 years expiration. For demo licensing, NetBackup stops the services and does not work.

I trust NBU will be still working, although never tested this - but it will not be legal for sure.

I already asked same question for my account manager in Veritas and he said Netbackup still works, but don't explain still when? So during this time you can't open a ticket in support Veritas.
