Netbackup Test Hardware Error

Hello all. After executing Test Hardware or Hardware ShowHealth/ShowErrors, it returned an error "unable to retrieve hardware health information. See administrator's guide for troubleshooting details". Scheduled backup are still being carried out. Support > InfraServices > Show All indicates "Database, message Q and web server tomcat-vxos is running".

A quick Google search suggest to perform a restart of infra services. Is there any other alternative solution? I am just worry that after restarting, system might not boot and run properly.

    Hello

    I would do the restart... if it will not come up - open a case with veritas and let them worry.

    make sure you IPMI is working well and you can access it remotely... also from IPMI you can check for the failed HW components if my memory serves me correctly.
