Proper Cold Reboot of Appliance with 3 StorageShelves
Hello Everyone,
I would like to ask for guidance on the proper way to perform a cold reboot of the appliance with three connected shelf storages. I want to ensure that there will be no data loss when performing the cold reboot.
My appliance model is 5240.

- Shut down the appliance from the CLISH.
- Disconnect the power cables from the appliance.
- Power off the shelves using their two power switches (the order does not matter).
- Wait for 1 minute.
- Power on the shelves.
- Reconnect the power cables to the appliance.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Power on the appliance.
Be sure that all selves are powered before you start the appliance.
