Public Article on NetBackup Appliance Maintenance Releases

I have made some significant updates to the article. Most important is the 90 days cadence in first year of major release and the fact that starting with first 4.0 Maintenance Release (4.0.0.1 MR1) (and all 4.0+ MRs), customers from immediate two previous major releases will be able to upgrade directly to the MRs. So 3.3.0.1 and 3.2 customers will be able to upgrade to 4.0.0.1 MR1.
