Help with understanding why backup is failing.

Hi all,

I'm new to operating Puredisk and I'm trying to understand why it's failing to backup a client. It doesn't always happen on the same client and not all the time. They are on a remote network connected by ADSL. No ADSL errors have been reported at the time of the backup.

I get the following errors:-
