Problems Configuring CIFS

hi, i have a problem when i try to configure the CIFS, i am trying to connect to the Active Directory Sever with the following command

/opt/pdvfs/bin/net ads join -U administrator

and this displays the following error:

[2008/10/21 12:46:29, 0] utils/net_ads.c:ads_startup(191)
  ads_connect: No such file or directory

what do i need to configure to fix this????
