Puredisk VCS configuration failed

Hi, I try to configure the VCS on PureDisk servers and I receive the following messages during the startup of LLT service.:

CPI ERROR V-9-120-1171 Could not start LLT on puredisk66.stockage.esilab.com: LLT lltconfig ERROR V-14-2-15000 open /dev/llt failed: No such file or directory

Any idea? 

Puredisk ver 6.6.0.2  with VCS 4.1 MP4 RP1

    You will need to contact support to get the fix and also need to upgrade to VCS 4.1 MP4 RP2. Because most fixes are available on RP2.
