Replication of Exchange Data is slow

I am pretty new to this product so any help here is appreciated. It seems that our replication of exchange data maybe taking longer than normal. All other data replications (files and folders, sql) finish within our replication window except exchange. I have compared a windows files and folder replication with the same number of batches. Is it just that exchange data takes longer to replicate? Or is it possible something isn't configured properly.

    This may be normal, I reckon it'd depend on how much data is changing. Is there anything that leads you to believe that Exchange should be taking much shorter? It is always possible that one application's replication would take longer than others, depending on how much data has changed and is no longer 'unique' as far as PD is concerned.
