恢复exchange邮箱数据库失败，MS-Exchange-Server policy restore error(2810)

so did you try this...?

Exchage DB must be dismounted or you need to select that option on restore window (2nd tab) and then try again.

let us know if that failed too

I have selected that option when I did this restore. check in the event viewer of the exchage server for any error messages related to exchange..

also ask exchage admin to look for restore DB and if they found try to mount it manually and validate it.

if that works, it will help to isolate the issue.

It describes an issue with NBU Client Service account with insufficient Exchange rights.

If this does not fix your issue, have a look at this o-l-d TN (very old NBU, Windows and Exchange versions).
It shows how to use errors seen in Event Viewer to understand what exactly failed on Exchange side and to use eseutil to repair/recover the database.

Thanks. I have restored successfully. It‘s not about the rights of the NBU Client Service account. There are 2 same mail accounts in the same database. I tried restore another mail account,it accomplished with out error. Perhaps it was the mail account causes the failure,I guess.
