(58) can't connect to client

I cant access my client from Master and media server .Please find the log

    Make sure that the client host (What OS?)

    1) Has NBU client service (bpcd, vnetd in unix) running

    2) Firewall is disabled. If a Redhat Linux, check iptables, if a SuSE Linux, check SUSEFirewall2..

    3) telnet <clienthost> 1556 from either master or media server, it needs to work

    4) Check bp.conf (or SERVER entry) of the client host, master & media server host must be in there.

    Always good to mention all relevant details such as OS on server(s) and client(s). Have you checked and verified forward and reverse name lookup between server and client? I see the following in output : db_begin: Can't authorize dbm host XXXXXXXXXXXXXX: Check that client can resolve server's IP address to hostname that exists in client's Server list. Create bpcd log folder on the client for further troubleshooting.
