accidentally expired offsite tape - can it be recovered?

I accidentally expired the wrong media in netbackup 7.0.1 and now it's gone to the scratch pool.  Can I import it back and do I need to recall the media to do it? 

Would someone also be kind enough to show me a link on how to do this on a Windows Server or tell me how to do it?

    just to be safe.

    Then do a Phase 1 & Phase 2 IMPORT for that media.
