After upgrade unable to see all details in the nbu console

Hello

 

We have recently upgraded our master nbu7.7 to 7.7.1 and after that we are not able to see any jobs under activtiy monitor or any other details and it gives error.

Please check screenshot attached.

We are currently managing backups using java console on other workstation because master server's console dont not work.

Please suggest.

    Hello Marianne,

     

    We had a successfull catalog backup so did a uninstall and reinstall with catalog restore. Then upgraded to new version of NBU 7.7.1. Currently the setup is stable and working fine ppost upgrade.

    Are you able to list the jobs using the command below

     

     bpdbjobs -report

    I see a Java error. Is Java installed on the server? I guess there will be some basic pre-reqs/requirements listed in 7.7.1 Release Notes and/or Installation Guide.
