All drives showing AVR

Hi Team,

Tape library on my server showing all drives as AVR mode.

Pls help

Not sure why you have started a new discussion:

without giving us any information about your environment.

Hi,

As Martin pointed out, there can be a issue a communication issue between the robot control host and device host.

Please check the same.

I Agree with the Marainne raise call with vendor, Nothing to do from Netbackup end

Indeed, this looks like the "hand" or "picker" is now at fault.

Almost 2 week of no response!!

Wonder how backups are done under these circumstances....
