AWS to Onprem netbackup then restore to Nutanix AHV

We have a scenario where client have a VM running in AWS and they want to backup it using netbackup that will be deployed on their local data center and if a problem occurs in AWS is it restorable to their local nutanix cluster using AHV hypervisor ?

Take note that we cannot create a netbackup on cloud strictly on their data center only.
