Backing up Linux OS using BRM

Hello everyone.

Someone can help me?

I need to configure BRM to backing up Linux using BRM, is this a good idea?

What do you recommend and how can I start the implementation, exist a guide with best practicies?

Regards..

  • Sorry, what is BRM? Are you referring to Bare Metal Restore? If so, use Handy NBU Links in my signature to locate NBU 7.7 manuals. Download the BMR manual.
  • BMR works well, the only time you'll face issues is with servers that have "non-standard" or not well known components and drivers. Linux is less prone to this issue and usually works well.

Follow the lnik Marianne suggested to get to the docs.

  • I'm sorry It was BMR, thanks for share the handy NBU links.

    Regards.

  • I've previously posted an example of setup here:
