Backing up Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) with NBU

Dear All,

My customer will like to backup an Oracle Database Appliance with NBU.

In the SCL, i was'nt able to find the appliance.

The only documentation i found on the oracle.com site is very old.

Any guidance around this will be much appreciated.

    NetBackup software support is only about the OS (OS SCL) and the combination of OS and DB version (DB SCL), not the hardware platform.

    If the OS and Oracle version on the Appliance is supported as per the latest SCLs, you should be good to install NBU client and configure as per NBU for Oracle manual.
