Backup delayed or stopped on "bpfis: backup started".
Hello all,
Below you will find a job detail of a backup that I had to suspend (I'll cancel it by sure) because of this job was taking long time.
You'll see below on bold and italic the line where the backup stopped before I had to suspend it.
Do you have any suggestions or test that I should do it in order to find a solution?
Netbackup version is 7.6.0.3 and the client is a windows XP.
Thank you in advance.
Ale

VSS/ Open File Backup is not supported for Windows XP clients.
See this note in NBU OS CL http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH76648 :
3. NetBackup 7.x does not support Open File Backup on this platform. It is supported with back level NetBackup 6.x clients.
This means you will have to disable Open File Backup for this client in Host Properties -> Master server -> Client Attributes.
Add Client name and then disable WOFB.
