Backup failing with 23

How long has this backup been failing for? Has it ever worked?

Please post up the VERBOSE bptm and bpbrm logs from the media server AND the VERBOSE bpbkar log from the client

Also what is the CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT setting for the media server set to?

We have tried 2 months ago to assist with same issue:

Some streams are getting failed with 23

Status 23 is a network error. There is no 'magic' solution.

Please help us to help you by providing information when we ask for it.

How much data is backed up ?

What is the speed while writing ?

What network do you have between the client and media server ?
