Is it disk? Basic, Advanced or Dedupe?&nbsp;Is it tape?What is the error in Job Details?
If you look at the Troubleshooter function in Activity Monitor or in the Status Code manual, you will see that there are lots of possible causes.First step is look at all text in Job Details, and then decide where to look next.

My digest email had the job details in it, not sure why the post doesn't, and I bolded two lines where I'd start -- the details tell you&nbsp;server is shut down.&nbsp; Have you examined the state of the StorOnce device?
