Backup getting failed with error 58 (Socket connection already in use)

Client is able to generate only one socket connection to master server. If i initiate another backup or a database backup starts then all the other stream got failed due to below error:

    Have any changes been made w.r.t. 'Port Ranges' settings in Host Properties -> Client -> <client-name>  or 'Connect Options' (Host Properties -> Master -> Client Attributes -> <client-name>) ? 

    The issue seems to be between bpbrm on the media server and bpcd on the cllient.

    Info bpbrm (pid=13172874) status: FAILED, (41) ADDR_IN_USE; system: (67) The socket name is already in use.; FROM 0.0.0.0 TO regpr1 172.23.4.114 bpcd

    Do you have these log folders to see wich port numbers are selected?
