Backup vmware failed with status code 11

Please help me , When I initiate a backup of a VMware, it writes more than 100 GB and fails with an error:

    "I restarted the backup, and it completed successfully. Can I find out where the problem originated?"

    Hi,
    You will need to check logs to understand what happened.
    At first check bpbrm logs on your media servers.also check event logs on the VM itself, as this often occurs when there is a problem on the vm and a chkdsk solve the problem.
    to get the real root cause for it, you will need to enable vxms logs on the backup host.
