Can not remove two tapes "Media is already allocated(199)"

We have decommisioned an old tape library and have reformatted and removed all the tapes except two.

When we try to remove them from their volume pools, one is in 'Import' and one in 'Scratch', and place them in 'None' so we can format them prior to removal we get the error message "Media is already allocated(199)".

We have tried to use the bpexpdate command line to force expiry but this does not work either. We have used the bpexpdate to expire on other tapes to make sure we were using it correctly and the other tapes expired as expected.

    Please show us output of this command for both tapes:

    nbemmcmd -listmedia -mediaid (media-id)

    Stop all running jobs and run the command :

    nbrbutil -resetAll

    Re-start Netbackup. This may release allocation on the two tapes.
