can we change the default location of Netbackup Logs?

Hi,

On quite a few occasions i have run into the problem where the size of thenetbackup logs  has impacted the free space on the drives.Usually we delete the old logs to regain the space. I was wondering is there any way that the default location of the Netbackup Logs can be changed to another drive/path.This holds true for both unix & windows environment and also client servers.

Thanks

kisad

  • Hi Andy,

Sorry for the late reply, i was OOO. I havent moved the logs yet as we had deleted the old ones and reclaimed space but this is exactly what i was looking for as alternate option to deleting old logs. Thanks to you ,now i know that this can be done..

    Thanks
