is your hyeper-v and standard are using same SLP?
if not, then you need to ensure that SLP is configured properly.if you are sure it is configured properly.
try to take a backup of a hyper-v VM and see if it will show as import in DR site.
what StefanosM has mentioned will ensure that for you. - StefanosMLevel 6
check in this order
- be sure that the HyperV policy is configured corectly with an SLP that replicated the backups to the DR netbackup domain. Note the backupid of the backup
- check the activity monitor and be sure that this HyperV backup image (backupid) is successful replicated to the DR storage server.
- check the activity monitor of the DR primary server that the same backup image (backupid) is successfully imported.
- run at the DR master the command "bpimagelist - backupid <HyperV_backupid>
check on both masters for backlog. Also check if all SLPs are active
