connect connect to robotic software daemon (42)

Hi
Am using ACSLS server+STK L180
when am doing inventory am able to see this message

    What type and version of NetBacku do you use? What platform?
    Did you specify ACSLS host correctly? Or are any firewall put between media server and ACSLS host?

    And by Media Manager Administrator's Guide, an INVENTORY_FILTER entry is required in the vm.conf if ACS library software is installed on STK Library Station.

    About debug logging, following deocument is helpful.

    Does this happed all the time? or just some of the time. We have this happen randomly (usually, if 2 people are trying to inventory at the same time or something) Usually if you bpdown the media server that is the robot control host and kill all jobs left after a bpps, then bpup the media server, that will do the trick, just make sure no jobs are running.
