Could not get token for server 'MyservernameXXX' and user 'nbwebsvc'. Return code: 160

Hı everyone

C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\admincmd\nbdeployutil.exe --gather  it was working 1 mount ago ( I create mounthly report manually)

but ı get this error last time

Data gather is in progress. This process might take some time.
Ensure that the correct credentials are entered or the prerequisite steps for the remote master server are completed.
Rerun nbdeployutil with the gather option on master server

I found this error in log files

buy the way second problem is Webui logon dosent work last try ı could login with local  nbwebsvc user with their pass.

(I guess 2 problem related to each other)

anyone can help me how can we solved
