Does Netbackup 7.5.0.6 supported for EV 10.0.3 ?

Hello,

 

In Enterprise Vault compability chart; Netbackup 7.6, requires EV 10.0.3 and later services pack. But for netbackup 7.5.x we have no specific information? Anyone help me please?

    We list 10.0 (which I take to include all 10.0.x) as supported from 7.1, so you should be fine at 7.5.0.6.

    I was trying to find where you got that 10.0.3 was required for 7.6 - I didn't find it in any NetBackup document, but it WAS in a footnote in this EV chart!

    ...so there appears to be conflicting information here.  I'd go with the EV info (and will see if I can ask the NetBackup folks to double check their work).

    Enterprise Vault agent 7.5 supports Enterprise Vault10.0. Enterprise Vault indexes
    the items that are archived. Indexing is done for faster and efficient searching of
    archived data.
     
    Compaitiblity guide don't mention EV minor releases so I would guess** 10.0.3 will work with 7.5.0.x

    Thank you for your replies. We upgrade the EV servers and we are taking backups with 7.5.0.6 agent, so far everyting looks good, except archive bit problem :)
