- Stumpr2Level 6What kind of configurations? There are many command line operations that you can do to get output in plain text. I suggest refering to:
VERITAS NetBackup (tm) 5.1 Command Reference for UNIX
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/268116.htm
or
VERITAS NetBackup (tm) 5.1 Commands for Windows

You can use the basic following commands ...
bpplclients - to collect the info of which client is configured in which policy.
bpplinfo - to collect the policy attributes.
bppllist - to collect the list of policies and their info
Raghava. - Stumpr2Level 6Patrick,
You can also run the support script located under netbackup/bin/goodies/support
This is what VERITAS help desk requests sometimes as it gives them a view into the configuration of the NetBackup environment. This is perhaps the easiest method to take a "snapshot" of your environment. - Stumpr2Level 6Patrick,
Thank you for the points. The points that you awarded me in this thread pushed me over the threshold so that I could be elevated to master status. Thank you! - Raghava_CharyLevel 4Congratulations Bob!!
