you can not do that from netbackup or netbackup appliances.
You must use netbackup IT analytics or Alta View.
Hello
Oh well my take it is doable...
First setup mta on primary and check if you do receive emails send from master...
then create script to gather needed information and redirect its output to the file. next create cron job (this is tricky I have to recall how it was) - to send this file to desired recipient...
ie you can try these to start with...
bpdbjobs -summary
TODAY=`date -d 'now' +%m/%d/%Y`
YDAY=`date -d 'now -1 day' +%m/%d/%Y`
bpdbjobs |grep -e ${TODAY} -e ${YDAY}
For bpdbjobs to work with this grep you need to check this out https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/doc/18716246-126559472-0/v40554385-126559472
and add

Started |
to your columns output...

Configure SMTP in NetBackup, set up daily job report notifications.
