Error - 71 "Netbackup none of the files in the file list exist"

 

Hi All ,
 
I am getting an error which says "netbackup none of the files in the file list exist(71)" and please note this is a SQL DB server and we are also getting ERROR 156 on the same server , please find the details below.
 
O.S:- WINDWOS 2008 R2 SP1
 
Netbackup :- 7.1

    Please show us the policy config. On master server, run this command:

    bppllist <policy-name> -U

    (command is in ...netbackup\bin\admincmd)

    Hi Maria,

    Sorry for the delay , our clients were performing some activities on our DB VLAN which caused this error , noe they are done and all backups were successful.Thanks a lot for your quick response.
