Hey
Well please review the installation log as indicated in that popup window.
usually the logs are in C:\ProgramData\Veritas\NetBackup
review it... it should have pointed you to right direction...

Download and run the SORT data collector to make sure dependencies are met:
https://sort.veritas.com/data_collectors
And as quebek mentioned, follow the instruction in the pop-up window.
- chmeyerweckLevel 3I had the same error, in my case the name resolution was the problem.
Add your server as a test to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and re-run the installation.
But, of course, the installation log should you guide in the right direction.
