Error nbjm (pid=2610) NBU status: 800, EMM status: All compatible drive paths are down, but media is

Dear All

I have to face one back job is failed due to the below ERROR. Anybody helps me to come out of this problem. VERITAS NetBackup Version is 7:00.

Error nbjm (pid=2610) NBU status: 800, EMM status: All compatible drive resources request failed (800)
Error nbjm (pid=2610) NBU status: 800, EMM status: All compatible drive paths are down, but media is available resource request failed (800)

    Stop all Netbackup activity

    Run command : nbrbutil -resetAll

    Ensure all tapes drives are in the UP state.

    NBU 7.0 has been out of support for many years, pls consider to upgrade.
