Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: san Status 23

Hello,
 
Master and Media server with Netbackup version: 7.6.1.1 installed.
My VM have 5 datastore, I don't know why It is only one datastore [MB1-ARCHIVE]  --> vdOpen() succeess
Please help me to solve this issue.

    It seems that this post got blocked by the Connect Spam filter and only got released yesterday.

    Do you still need assistance or have you managed to solve the issue?

    This points to access issue to the SAN volume by the backup host.
    Double-check zoning and LUN presentation by array software.
