Error/Status code 13 on VMware clients
Just posting this in case anyone has this issue...
Been working on an open case with sporadic error code 13 on several vmware clients. Went through that "in depth troubleshooting status code 13" doc (yes...including checking all NIC cards). Turns out it was caused by mismatched versions of VMware and VMware tools.

Client Properties and backups hang on a NetBackup Windows 2003 client install in VMware session and VMware tools installed
- Yep...that was the situation.
