Exchange 2010 GRT

Hello

I am trying to setup backup of a Exchnage 2010 system, and have a problem with GRT

The GRT enabled backup completes with status 0, but I cannot get more granular than database & logs in the NBAR GUI

Have followed the instructions in the Admin Guide for Exchange, or at least I think I have

The Exchnage 2010 system and the NetBackup 7.1.0.2 servers are in different domains

Have somebody experienced this before ?
