Dear Forum,
We need to backup Exchange 2013 Mailboxes + Enterprise Vault + Journaling.
What would be the best way of doing it, since the number of servers involved would be around 100.
Data is around 150 TB.

Depends on what you recovery needs are.
The options for the mailboxes them selves are: Backup of the mailbox databases and restore to recoverydb or GRT backup for single mailbox restores, this of course requires disk based storage.
For things like Client Access Servers and the like ask your exchange administrator what the recovery need are. Might be OK with a short retention or no backup at all.
