Exchange Backup partially successful

Question

HI

We have Exchange policy with full Backup

While taking full Backup we are getting error partiallly successful. but while taking Incremental Backup there is no such error.

our netbackup version is 7.7.

platform is Windows 2012 r2 Standard

Exchange server: Exchange server 2013

we make a policy By enabing Granular recovery, Snapshoot backup.

backup selection: Microsoft Exchange Database Availability Groups:\

in exchange server attributes we have defined

passive copy if not available was selected and

preferes server list:(2 servers)

DCMAILSRV01.otpcindia.local

DCMAILSRV03.otpcindia.local

Forget about the Incremental backups for now - you have GRT enabled, which means that there are basic requirements on all DAG nodes.

This error is clear about the issue:

DAG01.otpcindia.local:&nbsp;ERR - Process is running under LocalSystem account. This is not allowed for nbfsd activity. Please configure Exchange credentials in the client host properties.

There is another error which you need to send to Exchange admin to investigate:

DAG01.otpcindia.local: ERR - Error encountered while attempting to get additional files for Microsoft Information Store:\Mailbox Database 1391815307\Logs_1463229188\

I am getting the same problem again and again during fullbackup only whih is on every saturay.

If you and the Exchange admin have not yet fixed the logon account or the problem with the logs, the issues are not going to magically fix themselves.

the Adminitrator account have Exchange permissions. Still getting this error. we have already checked all those things. all the usrs are from Ldap.

Administrator account is also from LDAP having Exchange server permissions.
