Exchange DB restore

Dears, greetings of the day,

I am trying to restore Exchange DB, but unfortunately restore fails during the DB mount,

Netbackup is able to connect to the RDB and to write the data but not able to mount the DB,

then tried to restore the DB without mount option we noted the the restore success but the exchange admin as not able to mount the DB when we checked the DB status we fount it was in dirty shutdown.

Notes:-

1- We restore from a full backup which completed with status (0)

2- GRT is not enabled

3- tried Multiple restores for different DBs but all are same (after restore the DB in dirty shutdown)

5- restore form DAG to stand alone DB -no replication-.

5- NetBackup user has the correct permissions and member of the exchange organization admins group.

    you should try eseutil tool, google will provide you multiple links how to use it.

      Thanks Michal,

      I need to know why NetBackup restore it as dirty shutdown? and  how to recover Exchange DB in a healthy state?

      we tried many restores for different EX DBs but all restores failed with same result.
